We are excited to host our first in-person live event since 2019, and to welcome our Employer Partners, Inclusion Partners, Sponsors, IW Grad Alumni, and IW Board members to learn, network and celebrate with us!
Join us for a 3-day in-person management learning event with topics suited for leadership, talent acquisition managers, and Indigenous relations professionals.
Day 1 (Oct 8) sets the stage for understanding and embracing this year's theme with a plenary topic: Beyond the Checkmark : Reflections on the Evolution of Indigenous Inclusion. Three concurrent sessions are offered in the afternoon.
In the evening, join us for the Inclusion Festival with amazing culinary delights, artists and networking. Join us for games and prizes!
Day 2 (Oct 9) highlights six concurrent sessions to choose from in the areas of Organizational Strategic Development, Relationships and Wellness and also tactical sessions including: Growing the Indigenous Talent Pipeline.
Wednesday will also feature our 25th Anniversary Celebration (1999-2024)
Day 3 (Oct 10) will chart The Path Forward with a plenary session in the morning and 3 concurrent sessions in the afternoon including The New Indigenous Inclusion Intersection: Putting the “I – Indigenous” in HR, DEI and ESG
