Move beyond activity counts to consider what meaningful progress looks like, where gaps remain and what your organization should prioritize next.

You will leave with practical questions, peer insights and next steps you can apply within your organization.

Who Should Attend

This forum is for executives, HR and organizational development professionals, Indigenous relations and inclusion practitioners, employee network leads, and others who influence or support Indigenous inclusion.

Organizations at every stage of their Indigenous inclusion journey are welcome. Leadership Circle members are encouraged to invite colleagues who share responsibility for advancing this work.
