2027 Webinar Series:  Commitment to Indigenous Inclusion

Most organizations no longer question whether Indigenous inclusion matters. The harder questions come after the commitment is made. Where do we begin? Why aren't Indigenous candidates applying? Why do the people we hire leave, or stay but never advance? How do we know any of this is making a difference?

These are the questions we hear from employers across Canada, and they are the heart of our 2027 webinar series.

Each month, Indigenous Works explores one of these questions, drawing on Indigenous perspectives, lived experience and the practical realities of workplaces. The sessions help build shared understanding across your organization, test your assumptions, and send you away with the questions that move this work forward.

Like a fire, this work needs tending, not just lighting. A single session will not transform an organization, but it can help leaders, managers and practitioners see more clearly what their commitments ask of them, and where to put their attention next.

What to expect

  • Live, interactive virtual sessions, one hour each
  • Speakers at every session who bring lived, professional or community experience to the topic
  • First Nations, Inuit and Métis perspectives throughout the series
